Agia Paraskevi Square

The paved square of Agia Paraskevi where there is of course a Holy Church, that of Agia Paraskevi, only in this case it is not the landmark. Instead, the protagonist in this square is the millennium-old plane tree, whose trunk has a circumference of 15 metres! It is one of the oldest trees in Greece and perhaps in Europe and despite its age, the general condition of the tree is very good. Back to the church now. The construction of the church was completed in 1909 and it is the place where the Divine Liturgy is performed on Sundays and all major feasts. During the summer, when it is celebrated (26 July), a folk festival is held around the square. Finally, in this place, going down some stairs, you will find the fountain of Agia Paraskevi, which dates back to 1890.

At this point and just 2 minutes walk, there is a very beautiful and quiet house of 55 sqm. in the plane trees and chestnut trees with a view of the Aegean Sea and the square.

It is built in 2022 and with a new construction. It has a large room with a fireplace and a double sofa bed, as well as 2 built-in sofas that also function as single beds. There are windows all around and you feel like you are living in the greenery. It has cable TV (COSMOTE TV) with a 43'' screen and warm and well decorated corners.
