Old Bridge

 One of the most famous sights of the area is the Old Arched Bridge. It is a stone bridge, which is located at the beginning of the village and dates back to the 18th century (1728)! It is 18 metres long and 6 metres high, and is estimated to be the oldest in the whole of Pelion. Access to it is very easy, as you just have to follow the sign "old bridge" on the main road. The downhill stone path will lead you to a beautiful place full of plane trees and chestnut trees, where the bridge can be seen behind the dense vegetation. There you will have the opportunity to relax on the wooden benches that can be found at the spot and harmonize with nature.

Agia Paraskevi Square

The paved square of Agia Paraskevi where there is of course a Holy Church, that of Agia Paraskevi, only in this case it is not the landmark. Instead, the protagonist in this square is the millennium-old plane tree, whose trunk has a circumference of 15 metres! It is one of the oldest trees in Greece and perhaps in Europe and despite its age, the general condition of the tree is very good. Back to the church now. The construction of the church was completed in 1909 and it is the place where the Divine Liturgy is performed on Sundays and all major feasts. During the summer, when it is celebrated (26 July), a folk festival is held around the square. Finally, in this place, going down some stairs, you will find the fountain of Agia Paraskevi, which dates back to 1890.

At this point and just 2 minutes walk, there is a very beautiful and quiet house of 55 sqm. in the plane trees and chestnut trees with a view of the Aegean Sea and the square.

It is built in 2022 and with a new construction. It has a large room with a fireplace and a double sofa bed, as well as 2 built-in sofas that also function as single beds. There are windows all around and you feel like you are living in the greenery. It has cable TV (COSMOTE TV) with a 43'' screen and warm and well decorated corners.

Ntamouxari

 One of the places of incredible beauty that looks like being on an island, and is accompanied by stories and myths, is Damouhari. A small picturesque and quiet settlement consisting of two small bays joined by a peninsula, on which there are ruins of a castle.

The North Bay, even nowadays, is a small port with taverns and houses. The southern bay has a beautiful beach paved with large white pebbles and crystal clear waters, which in combination with the neighbouring gorge, give Damouchari a wild beauty. Damouchari was even the location for the filming of the first Mamma Mia (which broke the box office). Specifically, as gopelion.gr writes, "According to the script, Damouhari is the port of the island where the story is supposed to take place.

Fakistra Beach and Hidden School

 Fakistra is the second beach that you should definitely visit if you find yourself in Tsagarada. The imposing cliffs and the beach with its turquoise waters will delight you. In fact, according to the British Guardian newspaper, it is ranked seventh for the most spectacular beaches in the world. To get there, all you have to do is walk for about ten minutes along a path and you will be confronted with this wildly beautiful, natural landscape. Descending close to the beach you will discover an incredible chapel in the rock, dedicated to the Virgin Mary, which the locals call the "hidden school". If you get there, don't set off unorganized. You should definitely bring water and your umbrella, as the natural shade of the rocks is not enough for everyone.

Saint Taxiarches Square

 The square of Agioi Taxiarches is one of the busiest places in the village and is naturally located in the centre of the homonymous district. There are two things that make this square special, the Holy Church of the Holy Archangels and the impressive fountain that stands in front of it. The former was completed in 1746 and stands out for its Venetian-style iconostasis, while inside there is an icon of the Virgin Mary, which has been carved and signed by over 200 local residents! The fountain now stands out for its four fountains, one on each side, which makes it one of the most beautiful in Pelion.

Mylopotamos Beach

The beach of Mylopotamos is one of the most famous and most impressive beaches of Pelion and the prefecture of Magnesia in general. It is a place that has nothing to envy from other highly photographed beaches in the rest of the world. Sand, fine pebbles, turquoise waters, plenty of natural shade, rocks for diving and exploring are some of its main characteristics. It is essentially a double beach, separated by a huge rock, which serves as a gateway from one beach to the other. On one part of the beach there is a beach bar with sunbeds and umbrellas.
